Dene La Halatau (born January 27, 1983 in Invercargill, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby league player for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League competition.
He has also represented the New Zealand national team on four separate occasions between 2004 and 2006. His position of choice is centre however he can also play in the second row and lock.
An accomplished singer and guitarist, he often appears with the live studio band on the Nine Network's The Footy Show.
Dene enjoys the company of his family, especially that of his beautiful and inspirational sister Nania.
