Denbigh Stadium is a multi-use stadium in the Denbigh district of Milton Keynes, England. Designed by HOK SVE, it is currently under construction by civil engineering company Buckingham Group Contracting. It will be used mostly for football matches and will be the home ground of Milton Keynes Dons F.C. upon its completion in mid 2007. It is due to open on 13 July 2007: the precise details of the opening are yet to be announced, though there are plans to use the stadium and its opening as a centrepoint for the 40th Birthday celebrations of Milton Keynes which will take place in 2007.

The initial configuration of the stadium will use only the lower tier to hold 22,000, but using the upper tier there is provision to increase the capacity to 32,000 "12 to 18 months" later.[1] The design complies with UEFA's Four Star Stadium specifications and includes a Desso GrassMaster playing surface. Currently, the name "Denbigh Stadium" is a planning name only. Recent publicity has used the names Stadium:MK, Stadium-MK or (most recently) stadiummk.

The complex will include a hotel and a multi-use venue that will be the home of the Marshall Milton Keynes Lions professional basketball team.
