This episode should not be confused with the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Demon".

A xenophobic faction of humanity (known as "Terra Prime") creates a Vulcan-human hybrid child (from Trip's and T'Pol's DNA) and takes over a meteorite-blasting array on Mars in order to undermine talks on Earth to form a new coalition of planets.
