The demish program by Admar Schoonen provides mirror maintainers with full control over which packages are wanted in their Debian mirror, giving full control over the size of the mirror. It can be used to quickly build a mirror to a laptop or CD, and update computers which don't have a fast internet connection (or any connection at all).

Demish is written in Perl/shell and is licensed under GPL.
