I've been updating this article and citing many sources, I believe this is pretty darn close to verifiable if not verifiable 100% by now. I've been adding many minor changes, correcting spelling, cleaning up the wording, essentially I have been making this page both more accurate and easier on the eyes. Just happy to be able to contribute. =D

Why do you not include the terms and conditions of this service? Why do you not explain why there is no satisfaction guarantee? Why do people not get their money back if the issue s not solved?--Nis pero 16:51, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

The scope of support has changed significantly. This is already in effect for desktops and for laptops it takes effect July 10th. If the author of this article still checks this out, I reccommend you change the site. The new scope of support now moves anything to do with the Operating System or any programs that came with the computer.
