There will be three anchors: Nike, Zara, and Mexx. The construction began on March 22nd, 2006. This shopping mall will be managed by Delta City, which is owned by Delta Holding. The design for the mall was done by a famous Israeli architect, Ami Mur, who has done over 80 similar projects around the world. The project will cost 85 million Euros.

Delta City 67 will have many features. There will be 8 cinema screens, bowling alleys, restaurants, attractive cafés, fast food courts, children's playgrounds, and other 120 retail units. The largest tenant will be Maxi supermarkets. Parking will be no problem at all. There will be a multilevel garage, and each shopping floor will have access to it. In total, there will be over 1,700 parking places on five decks above the ground, and one underground.

Location is key with this mall. It is in the same block as the upcoming University Village. The University Village will host the 2009 Universiade. Delta City on block 67 is only the first step to creating a network of international-style shopping malls. Once the Delta mall on autokomanda is completed, it will be more than 3 times larger than Delta City 67, with an area of 340,000 m².

The mall is expected to be completed in August, but the first customer will arrive in September (2007).
