Deliverance is a Warhammer 40,000 short story written by Gav Thorpe, and the name of the subject planet in the story. The plot centers an ex-Imperial Guardsman known only as Kage, and his experience defending a keep of strategic importance as part of the 13th Penal Legion, known also as the Last Chancers. The story is a narrative, as told by Kage, regarding the battle he participated in against a Tyranid hive fleet, alongside the planets native inhabitants.

This story is a prelude to the first book of the Last Chancers series, 13th Penal Legion.
