Delia (Man Kiu) English Primary School

Delia (Man Kiu) English Primary School (地利亞(閩僑)英文小學), formerly known as Man Kiu Association No.2 Primary School (閩僑第二小學), is a primary school in the phase II of Cheung On Estate on the Tsing Yi Island of Hong Kong.

The school was founded by Man Kiu Association in Kwai Fong Estate of Kwai Chung in 1972. As the estate, together with the school building, was reconstructed owning to poor structure condition, under the arrangement of Education Department, the school was moved to a new school in Cheung On Estate near Ching King Road to continue their service.
In 2003, due to dramastic drop in the number of schooling children, the school faced the fate of closing in near future. In order to rescue the school, the director found The Delia Group of Schools to turn the school into an English school under Direct Subsidy Scheme. The proposal had been submitted twice to Education and Manpower Bureau in 2004 and July 2005. Finally the proposal was approved and the school is allowed to accept new pupils in the first term of 2006 - 2007. The school was then renamed to Delia (Man Kiu) English Primary School.
