Deli meat

Deli Meats are any kind of meat commonly found in a deli, such as Pastrami, Salami, Bologna, Cappicola, Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Ham, Honey-Glazed Ham, Veal cutlets, etc. Often these meats are employed in sandwich making, and the crafting of hors d'œuvre. Deli meats can also be used in the crafting of antipasti or main courses. Deli meats refers to the delicatessen in which one often finds such meats. They may also be referred to as lunch meats, luncheon meats, or "starters".
