Deleni is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania. It includes four villages:
- Deleni (historical name: Ienidja, Enigea or Enige; Turkish: Yenice)
- Petroşani (historical names: Chioseler, Turkish: Köseler)
- Pietreni (historical names: Cocargea, Turkish: Kokarca)
- Şipotele (historical names: Ghiolpunar, Turkish: Gölpınar)
