Delby Powless (b. July 3, 1980 in Six Nations, Ontario) is a Mohawk lacrosse player from the Six Nations of the Grand River Indian reserve near Brantford, Ontario. He is the grand-nephew of Ross Powless and cousin of Gaylord Powless, both of whom are in the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

In the summer he plays for the Six Nations Chiefs of the Ontario Lacrosse Association and in the winter for the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League. At Rutgers University he received honourable mention as a lacrosse All-American. He played on the Iroquois team in the inaugural World Indoor Lacrosse Championship in 2003.
