Delaware Route 896

Delaware Route 896 runs north of U.S. Route 40 from the northern terminus of U.S. Route 301 to Newark. From there, it leaves the town along New London Road and continues to the Maryland border. Route 896 passes briefly through the northeastern corner of Maryland as Maryland Route 896 before entering Pennsylvania as Pennsylvania Route 896.
