The Delatite River is a tributary of the Goulburn River, Victoria in Australia.

The river's rises between the ski resort mountains of Mount Stirling and Mount Buller on the Western edge of the Victorian Alps. Flowing generally westwards, it passes the town of Merrijig, Victoria before reaching Lake Eildon, an impoundment of the Goulburn River, Victoria.
