DeJuan R. Alfonzo (born January 12, 1977 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American football wide receiver/linebacker for the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League. Alfonzo attended Indiana State University.
He debuted in the Arena Football League in 2002 with the Indiana Firebirds, before transferring to the Chicago Rush in time for the 2003 season.
He won the ArenaBowl in 2006 with the Rush. Following the 2006 season, he was voted to the AFL All-Ironman Team.
