Defiance is a small village in Bedford County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The village is home to approximately 100 residents. Located along Six Mile Run Road (State Route 1036) in Broad Top Township, Pennsylvania, it is home to Defiance Elementary School. There are three employers in Defiance: Broad Top Township (local government and road maintenance), United States Postal Service, and Tussey Mountain School District.
