Deep Impact is the sixth maxi single by Japanese group Dragon Ash; released in 2000. It features fellow Japanese hip hop MCs Rappagariya as well as a remix by Japanese hip hop pioneer DJ Krush. This collaboration with other big name artists was helped in part by Kenji's and BOTS' venture into music production in 1999 and 2000. The song also features a loop sampled from Eric B and Rakim's Microphone Fiend.

In the CD's liner notes, the X-ray photograph found on the cover is credited to "M.D. Shigeru Inoyama (Yoyogi Hachiman Clinic)". It is a health clinic located in the Shibuya district of Tokyo.

Deep Impact was also released as an LP on the same day. It features the first two tracks of the CD release as well as two other variations of Deep Impact.
