Declan Lally is an Irish Gaelic footballer with the Dublin senior football team. He plays his club football with St Brigids.

Declan was on the DCU side that won the 2006 Sigerson Cup.[1] He was also on the 2006 Dublin side that won the 2006 Leinster senior football championship against Offaly. Declan was on the winning side for Dublin in the U21 Leinster football championship final against Longford. He scored a goal in the first half for Dublin during the game that proved to be the first time since 1974-75 that Dublin won back to back Leinster U-21 football championship titles. Dublin went on to win the 2003 U21 All-Ireland football championship. Declan is currenty studying for his Masters in Business studies in Dublin City University. Lally was on the winning side for the 2006 Railway Cup victory for Leinster against Connacht.
