Released on October 19, 1991, this was the 6th album & the first of many greatest hits compilations made by heavy metal group Mötley Crüe. The remix version of "Home Sweet Home" was a Top 40 hit in 1991, reaching #37 on the Billboard Hot 100. The original 1985 version only reached #89 on the same chart (although today, the original gets more airplay on classic rock FM radio statons in the US.)

Featured new songs such as "Primal Scream", which was a unreleased track from "Dr. Feelgood" (which has a video), "Teaser", "Angela", "Rock N'Roll Junkie" and a cover of the Sex Pistols "Anarchy in the UK".
