User 64.246.196.1 has vandalized 4 times after his last warning, and still HAS NOT been blocked. Please, someone, block this user! DebateKid 23:09, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

That last final warning was from November, so it's not applicable now. I've given them another final warning though for there vandalism to Praying Mantis. If they vandalize after that, they can be reported to WP:AIV. John Reaves (talk) 23:15, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
