Deborah Goldberg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Deb Goldberg is the former chair of the Brookline Board of Selectmen and a candidate running in the September 19, 2006 Democratic Primary election who unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts.

She failed to win the endorsement of her hometown newspaper, the Brookline Tab, on the grounds that she often overstates her responsibilities and accomplishments while on the Board of Selectmen.[1] However, she also received strong endorsement from Stan Spiegel, a TAB columnist and Town Meeting member.[2]
