Debbie Shapiro (born September 29, 1954) is a Tony Award-winning American actress and singer.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Shapiro made her Broadway debut in the chorus of They're Playing Our Song in 1979. Additional Broadway credits include Blues in the Night, Zorba, Les Misérables, Chicago, and Jerome Robbins' Broadway, for which she won the Tony for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. She was nominated for the Drama Desk Award for Jerome Robbins' Broadway and the Frank Loesser revue Perfectly Frank.

Shapiro's sole screen credit to date is the 2000 Jacqueline Susann biopic Isn't She Great, in which she portrayed singer Eydie Gormé. Her solo album Part of Your World celebrates the songs of Alan Menken, and she is featured on the recording Unsung Sondheim.

Shapiro is married to actor Beau Gravitte and is the mother of three children.
