Trayvon-Conrad Keith Webster(born january ,13 1988),is a American R&B and pop singer and rapper, dancer, and occasional actor, better known by his rap name Young Hood. He is part of the group Get Money Click (consisting of Problem Child, & Young Chazz) and is part of recording label Got Hustle (with MCs,Bamboo Da chief, Mickie Problem Child, FleetWood, & Young Goon except for Young Chazz). Trayvon was added after birth. Trayvon rose to fame following the success of his mixtape the street world tour, and My thoughts. Hood achieved multiple success with both mixtapes, selling over 100,320 units total. He is known for his "babyface" image. Hood is planning to release a solo album by march 10 2008.

Trayvon-Conrad Keith Webster was born in Philly and raised in Dead End of Southpark and alief a small urban area in Houston,Texas by Conrad colley and Letetica Colley , as one of four children. He gained his love for music when he visited his uncle in fifth ward; He and his younger cousin would perform in front of the Tv pretending they were at the showtime at the appolo talent show. Trayvon was influenced by the artists his parents played on the home radio, such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Scarface, Biggie and Sam Cooke. Before becoming a vocalist, Trayvon was interested in becoming a rapper, but he began to notice his singing talent by age 13 by some girls at his school. At the age of 15, he was discovered by a local production team who visted his school talent show. Trayvon began his recording career two years.

In 1996, a friend introduced Hood to local rapper Fat Pat of Dead End Alliance, and member of the (screwed up Click)aheaded by the late Dj Screw. The n Fat Pat who was then organizing his label, Dea records with his brother saw his talent. It was the first time Hood had ever talk to a star before.His cousin Tree a big fan of Pat pat began teaching him how to count bars, write choruses, structure songs, and make a record just like Fat Pat. "In dead End that guy was a legend even before he broke into the game" he recalls.

In 1998, Fat Pat born Patrick Lamont Hawkins,was shot dead after collecting an appearance fee from a promoter's apartment.Hood took the lost hard, saying that, "it really hit home".The Death of his favorite rapper resulted in him pursuing music seriously.He was motivation to go in a different direction.

Trayvon's first official appearance on a song was "living it" with the group Swat team on their 2001 album Swat up. He credited Tree and Fat Pat as an influence who helped him develop his skills. Tree help produced Hood's first album but it was never released. Later after that Conrad Left his cousin label.

In 2001, after leaving Tree, local acts took notice of Conrad and signed him to Wolf Gang Records. After siging he was so hungry that he stayed in the studio that whole week to show his dedication to the label. He produced 17 songs in this short period, 11 of which were included on his 2001 unofficially released album.

Conrad's career took off after the release of the successful but controversial underground single Da deal, which he wrote about recording label Da-Deal. The track playfully portrayed him as a deliriously hungry up-and-comer, making the track trying to show that he was the best. He explains the reasoning behind song's content as, "There’s was a artist on that label that i was better then and i wanted to prove it, you gotta separate yourself from the rest and that's what i did." Offended my the track The local Dj wouldn't give it no spins, so it really didn't get national buzz.

The next single, "My life" dealt with the Death of his cousin in Philly, mentioning what happpen on the day and how it went down, no names where mention but clues to the shooting.

On May 16,1995, Conrad's cousin was shot multiple times outside a local corner store in the urban area. He witness the whole shooting in a state of shock of what had just happened. Reports say . An assailant walked up to Conrad's cousin with a 9MM handgun and fired five shots at close range. The later Conrad would be questioned about the shoot that occured. His friend Devin willis also witness the shooting.Driven to a hospital where Sleepy was pronounce dead. The alleged shooter was never found.

Conrad recalled the incident saying, "It happens so fast that i couldn't say a word... I was scared the whole time..my adrenaline was pumping. " I mean this is my second life gone before me, God took another" Conrad says. Later he would go to the studio and record what had happen and become a big hit in the streets.

After week's of endless nights in the studio, Conrad got his big break by performing in his school's talent show. Noticing his talent Got Hustle CEO offered him a contract, shock by the words hood wasted no time signing. After that it was history in the making hood recorded 12 tracks and drop 2 mixtapes that would soon catch the eye of universal. After the success hood began to write for many artist in the industry is now set to release he first album open letter which is set to drop march of 2008. It is rumored that he already has singles on his myspace. With such track's like not 'like this and open letter'. He is going to be come a true success.
