Editing Guidelines |
Please remember these guidelines when editing a film article:
- If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film)
- When writing an article about a particular film, the general format should be a concise lead section, followed by a plot summary of no more than 900 words, production details, a cast list, a reception section, and references.
- Create an Infobox that tells all pertinent information about the film.

This requires a rephrase: "Although the movie was released long before the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attacks, the character of Tarik is a thinly disguised Osama bin Laden." How can a character be a thinly disguised version of a figure not widely known at the time of creation?--203.120.68.71 08:12, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
- Bin Laden had been conducting terrorist activities in the Middle East and Africa long before 2001. It may have been the USS Cole attack or one of Al Qaeda's earlier, shall we say, exploits that inspired the filmmakers in question to pattern their villain after him. 68.104.201.53 08:59, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
