[edit] Official Name

Is the band named "Dead Soul Tribe" or "Deadsoul Tribe"? The article's title uses "Dead Soul Tribe," but "Deadsoul Tribe" is used in the body of the article. -- Chris Johnson 01:20, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Difficult: On the cover of the first two albums the name "Dead Soul Tribe" was used, while on the last two albums the name is written as "Deadsoul Tribe". The homepage of the band also uses the latter version, even for the name of the first album. The homepage of their label InsideOut calls them "DeadSoul Tribe", but uses "Dead Soul Tribe" as the name for their self-titled first album. I'm also somewhat confused. Probably "Deadsoul Tribe" will be used in the future.

As far as I know the band was initially called Dead Soul Tribe, hence the name of their s/t debut, but has since changed the name to 2 words, Deadsoul Tribe (even though the second album has the name as 3 words I remember reading somewhere that this was a typo).--daydreamer 15:35, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
