[edit] Career

Allmark would begin his wrestling career in the Stoke-on-Trent based wrestling promotion Great British Hardcore in 2000, where he was first trained in its training school by Keith Myatt, and Chris Curtis.

During Allmarks time in GBH he would capture two of its titles and often team with fellow trainee Timm Wylie, who he would win GBH's Tag Team Titles with twice. After this Allmark would head to Brian Dixon's All Star Wrestling.

In 2002 Allmark would become part of All Star's roster, and found new tag team partners in the likes of Robbie Dynamite and Kid Cool. Teaming with Kid Cool would become a lasting parnership as the pair would become known as the UK Dream Team. Robbie Dynamite's parnership with Allmark would be less successful with both men beginning a long standing personal feud with each other.

On April 7th 2004 Allmark would make his biggest appearance outside the UK when he was chosen to be apart of Team Britain, during Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's America's X-Cup. During the PPV from Nashville, Tennessee, Allmark failed to win his singles match against Team Mexico's Mr. Aguila but would pick up a win in a tag match against Heavy Metal & Abismo Negro when Allmark's tag partner James Mason made one of the opponents submit. Team Mexico would eventually win America's X-Cup.

Back in England on the 7th of June 2005, the UK Dream Team defeated "The Chippendales" Mikey Whiplash & Johnny Midnight to be recognized by All Star Promotions as the British Tag Team Champions.

Allmark would go on to renewed his feud with Robbie Dynamite later and after months of rapidly intensifying rivalry, things came to a head when Allmark would defeat Dynamite in January 2006 for his All Star British Mid-Heavyweight title. Making Allmark a double champion in the promotion. Robbie Dynamite would fight back though (with the aid of "Chippendale" Mikey Whiplash) and defeat the UK Dream Team on the 25th of February 2006 in Staffordshire to win the British Tag Team titles, Allmark ended up in hospital after the match with a head gash that needed nine stitches. Allmark would go on to comment the situation between the him and Dynamite on All Star's website writing;

Dynamite may have won this battle but not the war. Kid Cool and I will be back and they needn’t get attached to those belts as we aim to win them back, and soon!

Allmark tried to return to action in March only for the wound to re-open. He had to go back to hospital for more treatment. It was later announced that Dynamite and Allmark would face in a no holds barred match on March 18th at the Victoria Hall, Hanley. However, this match would never take place as only hours before the event Allmark received news that his 18 month old son had been taken ill. The two rivals would repeatedly meet in matches throughout the rest of 2006; many of whcih were for Allmark's Mid-Heavyweight title.
