DeadXhead are an thrash metal band formed in 2004 by Serge Chirkoff and Paul Staine in Glazov, Russia.

Their style is melodic thrash heavy metal with progressive elements, and cite influences such as Megadeth, Metallica and Rage Against the Machine amongst others.[1] They released their first album, Regressive by Default in 2006, which included a cover of Megadeth's Hangar 18, and plan to return to the studio soon to begin recording their second album.
