The De La Salle Professional Schools-Ramon V. Del Rosario, Sr. Graduate School of Business (DLSPS), formerly known as De La Salle-Professional Schools, Inc. (DLS-PSI) is the graduate school for business of De La Salle Philippines. It became an autonomous unit of the DLSU System on 1998. It is situated within the DLSU-Manila campus along Taft Avenue in Manila as well as within the campus of La Salle Green Hills in San Juan, at the RCBC Tower in Makati and in De La Salle-Canlubang. It was established as an answer to the pressing needs of DLSU-Manila's College of Computer Studies and Graduate School of Business. Previously, the College of Computer Studies was part of DLS-PS, but later transferred back to De La Salle University-Manila.
As a result of the implementation of De La Salle Philippines, DLS-PSI separated itself from De La Salle University-Manila where the library, clinic, registrar, testing, admissions, information technology and security services will no longer be shared by the two campuses. DLS-PSI was also be transferred from the St. La Salle Hall to the 21th floor of the Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall in August 31, 2006.
The Board of Trustees of DLS-PSI, decided to become autonomous in order to offer services better suited to its working graduate students. Its expansion to Green Hills, Makati, and Canlubang as well as through possible foreign extension programs, prompted DLSPS to become fully independent from DLSU-Manila.
In November 15, 2006, a joint resolution by the Board of Trustees of the De La Salle Professional Schools, Inc. and the National Mission Council of De La Salle Philippines renamed the Graduate School as Ramon V. del Rosario, Sr. Graduate School of Business. It was formally presented to the PHINMA founder during PHINMA's 50th anniversary.
