Deutscher Commercial Internet Exchange (german commercial internet exchange) ("DE-CIX") is an Internet Exchange Point situated in Frankfurt (Germany) and run from their office in Cologne.

Founded in 1995, it has become one of the largest exchange points in Europe with a maximum throughput of 120 Gbit/s as of February 2007.

DE-CIX operates servers at four different locations in Frankfurt.
