There are special time named "running time". From midnight to next morning, a few "runner"s appear and post porno photo. Because posting porno photo in public space is illegal thing, they do that only latenight while most people sleep. Some posted photos are almost snuff and posters feel happy from other's bad feeling. Also, they make fun of someone by his or her photo which found on internet or private blog. Because there are so many users, this can hurt sombody's privacy. But at running time, nobody care.

Nowdays, dcinside is abused by fake users. They are involved in some kind of marketing activites or political maneuvering. This situation is common in other korean big websites too.
