DC Database Project

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The DC Database Project came online October 7th, 2005 as a non-profit site, with the goal of becoming the largest online database pertaining only to DC Comics. This site, aka the DCDP, is the creation of Jamie Hari. DCDatabaseProject.com uses the latest technology to present the information in a visually appealing and easy to navigate format. Thanks to the open source software, provided by the MediaWiki foundation, we are able to extend support of this reference to the DC Comics fanbase.

The Database was created initially from reference materials such as the Who's Who in the DC Universe (aka Who's Who) and various online sources. For a more complete list of references, although not exhaustive, see our Sources page.
