The Author of this image is Andre Buters, He made it for use in my old Pokemon trading and Battling Club as well as any other use, He provided it to me via email. The file is not available online, as far as I am aware.

The image is used on the splash screen and the error handler for my Program Suite.

It is an image of a Blastoise which is a character licensed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, et al.

It is used with permission of the author, as I have already mentioned.
