Dayton Wire Wheels are a brand of rims made for cars and trucks.

In 1916, Dayton Wire Wheels was founded in Dayton, Ohio. They were originally used on Ford's Model T.

In addition to being known in the rap community, they are also one of the few companies to make a 24 karat gold rim. Dayton wire wheels are regarded as the wheel of choice for lowrider cars. With the 13 inch and 14 inch reversed 100 spoke wheels being the most popular.

Rap artist Rich Boy had a single in 2006 titled Throw Some D's referring to the installing of these type of wheels on a vehicle.
