This is obviously a promotional photo, and as such can be used to promote the actress and/or work it was released about. Using the photo does not cause monetary damages to the work or actress, as they are not in the buisness of selling stills, and released the picture for such uses. The license would likely only allow this image to be used to depict the character rather than the actress. This is not clear, though, as this page does not identify the original source for this image. Nevertheless, I'm quite happy to give it the benefit of the doubt and withdraw my fairusedisputed tag. --Yamla 16:05, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
