The rumour is persistent among the pro-Beijing factions in Hong Kong. Anyway, a lot of these poeple have really fancy speculations in addition, such as secret plans" to move all of Hong Kong's foreign exchange reserves to Britain before 1997 etc. --JNZ 07:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
