  • There is no mention of that David Miller because you haven't added the information yet. There is no conspiracy here to exclude him. Wikipedia is written by tens of thousands of volunteer editors. It is "the encyclopedia that anyone can edit". If you think this David Miller deserves an article, please write one. Or you can launch your bizarre campaign to expose Wikipedia if you'd rather.
