[edit] Note on AfD

In the first AfD vote, the result was 7 keep/1 delete.

In the most recent AfD vote, a larger minority of editors voted to delete this article (24 keep/13 delete), following extensive "delete" campaigning. However, at least five of the delete votes were simply editors who had unrelated conficts with editor User:Lulu of the Lotus-Eaters (the WP account of David Mertz). Of the remaining eight, only four purported lack of notability, with the rest exclusively arguing that alleged violation of the Wikipedia:Autobiography suggestion was criteria for deletion. For the ease of future reader, links to the campaigning would be helpful in evaluating the outcome of the AfD.
