Talk:David Abbott
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article seems a bit too 'gushy' as it stands. It could do with a a bit of rewording and adding some more factual information. A source for "90% of his opponents have ended up in the hospital after the fight" would be nice, I suspect it's exaggeration on either Abbotts or the UFCs part.
Another part I'd take issue with is stating that Abbott is "on top of the game". Although he does still occasionally fight in the UFC, which is the top organisation in American MMA, he is definately not a top fighter, nowhere near. He's popular with the fans because of his style, or lack of, and thats why he's still fighting there.
Additionally, should the page not be 'David Abbott' with maybe a redirect from 'David "Tank" Abbott'. I've checked the page naming conventions and "'s seem fine in a page title, but I'm not sure if we should be listing sportsmen/women with their nicknames.

[edit] Poor style
This article has poor style and should be rewritten or removed.
I tried to clean it up and make it more proper for Wikipedia.
I think this article doen not have to be editted any more because this one looks fine as a Wikipedia article. If you want to factual information, you should added it in each David Abbott article. Yappakoredesho 22:03, 6 October 2005 (UTC)
