There is no requirement that a disussion be placed on the Talk page when a merge is suggested. The merge is obvious -- this person is nn as he stands, put the minimal information into the station's page. User:Zoe|(talk) 01:25, 19 September 2006 (UTC)

This person is a member of a national broadcasting network (Indy Racing League)...This is not just WIBC. That may not be the place to locate this article. There is a national flavor, including broadcasts on XM radio. Jnmorrell 01:29, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
