[edit] Fair Use Image
- I don't believe that there are any free use images available of this individual.
- The image used is a publicity photgraph that the person uses to promote himself on his own website.
- To my knowledge no one either the subject Considine or any copyright holders have complained that this photograph is being used.
- Removing this photograph will lessen the value of the article especialy since there does not appear to be any replacement "free" photos available. Dwain
- A free image could be created, however. That one doesn't exist at this time is irrelevant. —Chowbok ☠ 21:31, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- Are you going to create this picture? Unless you plan to remove all fair-use images your conclusion does not hold water. Dwain
- Fair-use images can only be used if a free replacement could not be created. This is indeed the case for some fair-use images, such as Image:RobertJohson.jpg, but it is not the case here. —Chowbok ☠ 21:44, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

According to one website ([1]) the subject of the image in question has hosted bus tours and makes public appearances at shows. So it does not appear to be implausible that a photograph could be taken and uploaded under a free license. --Oden 11:40, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
