Davis School District is a school district headquartered in Farmington, Utah. It is the 64th largest school district in the United States and the 3rd largest school district in Utah with 59,366 students attending Davis schools. It is located almost entirely in Davis County, Utah. Students attend Elementary from Kindergarten-6th Grade; Students attend Junior High from 7th grade-9th grade; and Students attend High School from 10th Grade-12th Grade.

In 2006, Davis School District received recognition for having the nation's top graduation rate among the 100 largest school districts in the United States, according to a survey by the New York City-based Manhattan Institute.

In late 2006, because of a new high school that was being completed in Syracuse to accommodate growth, the district undertook to realign high school boundaries. The district created a boundary planning committee that created controversy with their proposals. A judge ruled in November 2006 that since the committee's meetings had been closed to the public, they had violated the Utah Open Meetings Act. A temporary restraining order was issued stating the work of the committee could not be used.
