David Prophet (October 9, 1937 in Hong Kong - March 29, 1981 in Silverstone, Northamptonshire) was a British racing driver from England. He participated in two Formula One World Championship grands prix, debuting on December 28, 1963. He scored no championship points.
Prophet was killed in a helicopter crash shortly after taking off from Silverstone Circuit on March 29, 1981.
