David Mauricio Mier y Terán Cuevas (born August 7, 1978 in Mérida, Yucatán) is a Mexican windsurfer.

David began practicing windsurfing at the age of 12, and participated in his first competition at age 15. He has participated at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics.
