David Markham

David Markham was a respected English stage and film actor for over forty years.
He was born Peter Basil Harrison on April 3, 1913, in Wick, Worcestershire, England; he died in Coleman's Hatch, Sussex, England on December 15, 1983, aged 70.
He was married to Olive Dehn, a BBC Radio scriptwriter. They had four children together. Their daughter Kika Markham is a successful actress and is married to the actor Corin Redgrave, and her sister Jehane Markham is married to actor Roger Lloyd-Pack of Only Fools and Horses and Vicar of Dibley fame.
David Markham appeared occasionally in cinema and television. He appeared in François Truffaut's film Day for Night (1973).
