David Mackay (architect)

David Mackay (born 1933) is a British architect, active in Spain and largely responsible for the renovation of the port area of Barcelona and the construction of the Olympic Village there in 1992. Recently he has become involved in the renovation of Plymouth helping to build the £200 million drake circus shopping centre which opened in the fall of 2006 and which has been Described as inexcusable by Plymouth University's professor of architecture(source bbc news online).
