David Lionel de Rothschild

David Lionel de Rothschild (born November 28, 1955) is an English horticulturist, writer and photographer who is a member of the Rothschild banking family of England. The second son of the four children of Edmund Leopold de Rothschild (b. 1916) and Elizabeth Edith Lentner (1923-1980), he is a twin of Charlotte Henriette.

Rothschild is director of the charitable trust that oversees Exbury Gardens. He co-authored the book, The Rothschild Gardens with cousin Miriam Louisa Rothschild and leading garden photographer Andrew Lawson.

David Lionel Rothschild is married to Louise de Coetlogon Williams. They have three children; Elizabeth Naomi Rothschild (b. 1992), Leopold James Rothschild (b. 1994), and Amschel Nathaniel Rothschild (b. 1995).
