David Krejčí (born April 28, 1986) of Šternberk, Czech Republic is a professional ice hockey player who currently plays center for the National Hockey League's Boston Bruins. He was the Bruins' first pick in the second round of the 2004 Entry draft (63rd overall).
He is currently in his first year with Boston's American Hockey League affiliate, the Providence Bruins. On January 30, 2007, he was recalled by Boston and played in his first NHL game in a 7-1 loss against the Buffalo Sabres where he recorded 2:07 of ice time. Krejčí received a concussion during his third shift.
