David Kelly (born 11 July 1929 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish actor, who, with his quirky looks and distinctive Irish accent, most often plays stereotypical Irishmen. He was educated at Synge Street Catholic Boys School in Dublin.
He was nominated for a Screen Actors' Guild award for his role in Waking Ned.
