David Greenman

David Greenman (born October 27, 1977 in Syracuse, NY) is an American actor best known for portraying Danny McCall (brother of Kelly Monaco's character Samantha "Sam" McCall) on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital. Danny was killed by an enchephalitis epidemic in February 2006.

Born and raised in Manlius, New York, a suburb of Syracuse, NY, David's parents are a judge and a nurse and he has a younger sister. David graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius High School and attended Cornell University where he was a pre-med theatre arts major.

After performing in and directing theatre throughout college, David moved to Los Angeles where he currently works as an actor and screenwriter. In addition to his role on General Hospital, David has been seen recurring as Fred on Gilmore Girls, as well as episodes of According To Jim, Monk (TV Series), Close To Home, Bones (TV Series) and The New Adventures of Old Christine.
