David Gomberg is a kite flier, retailer, and kiting ambassador[1]. He, along with his wife Susan, travels the world each year attending kite festivals and conferences which promote the hobby of kiting in its many forms. David served as President of the American Kitefliers Association (AKA) for 10 years. He often acts as a judge for sport kite flying contests, and has written several books on the topic. [2].
David owns the American version of the world's largest kite, created by Peter Lynn, which has 10,000 square feet of lifting area.[3].
