David Dayan Fisher is a British actor. He played Michael Sowerby in The Bill, he has also appeared in The Last Post, National Treasure, Robbery Homicide Division, Charmed, 24, and Numb3rs.

He also does the voice of Xaldin, a member of Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts II.
